Arrivals & Departures

WHEN IS CHECK IN & CHECK OUT?

Check in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 12 PM. If you need to arrange for a late check-out, please call “Guest Services.” A late check-out fee may apply. Based upon availability.

EXPRESS CHECKOUT?

On the day of check-out, your folio will be delivered to your room by 6am. For assistance please call “Guest Services.”

DON’T WANT TO BE DISTURBED?

Press “Guest Services” if you do not wish to be disturbed, we will be happy to hold your calls or send them directly into your voice mailbox. Your room is provided with a “Do Not Disturb” sign that can be placed outside of your room.

Housekeeping services will not be performed until you remove the sign from the outside of your door.

WHAT'S THE MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK A ROOM?

At Revel Hotel, it is our policy that guests must be 21 years of age, or older, with a valid driver’s license in order to check into one of our rooms.

CAN I GET ROOM SERVICE?

Room service is not available at this time. Food and drinks can be ordered in the hotel lounge.

WHERE CAN I FIND ICE AND VENDING?

Ice and vending machines are located on all floors.

DO YOU OFFER DRY CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICES?

Valet laundry with same day service.

DOES REVEL HOTEL HAVE A FITNESS CENTER?

The fitness center is located in the basement and is open from 6 AM to 11 PM. Your room key is needed to access the fitness room.

The fitness center is fully equipped with a large variety of equipment. Adult supervision is required for guests under the age of 18.

DOES REVEL HOTEL HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER?

Our business center is located on the first floor and is available 24/7 with keycard access.

I FORGOT SOMETHING – WHAT AMENITIES DOES THE HOTEL OFFER?

If you forgot to pack any standard toiletry item (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream, razor, or comb), just contact “Guest Services” and we’ll get you a complimentary replacement right away.

I’VE LOST SOMETHING - WHAT I DO?

Please contact the front desk to report a lost item by calling “Guest Services.”

DOES REVEL HOTEL SUPPLY CRIBS & ROLLAWAY BEDS?

“Guest Services” will be happy to have a crib or rollaway delivered to your room. Cribs/Rollaways are based on availability.

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?

We are a pet-friendly hotel!

Pet’s are not allowed in the lounge where food and drinks are served.

Water bowls and doggy bags can be found on or near our outdoor patio.

I'M TRAVELING WITH VALUABLES, ARE THERE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AT THE PROPERTY?

Complimentary safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk or call “Guest Services” for assistance.

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?

Please keep our hotel 100% smoke free by smoking only in designated outdoor areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

Press “Voicemail” on your phone. For your convenience the phone in your room provides you with a private voice mailbox.

The red light on your phone will be lit if you have messages waiting. All of your messages will be time-stamped and remain in your mailbox until you check-out or you delete them. Press “Guest Services” anytime for assistance.

CAN I GET A WAKE-UP CALL?

Absolutely! Dial “Guest Services” to schedule a wake-up call.
