When I am not at work, I am spending time with family and friends. I love to entertain guests and host parties at my home, but also enjoy spending time at Okoboji and on our boat, I try to spend as much time up there, relaxing at the lake whenever possible. I have one son left at home and he is a Junior at Northwest Waukee Highschool (Landry), I have 2 kids living in Ames (Decker and Charlie). I spend a lot of time with my 12 year old Labradoodle Baxter Boone.

When I am not in the office you can find me spending time with family and friends enjoying quality time together. I spent four years playing college soccer and now that my playing career has come to an end, I have found a new hobby playing golf.

I really enjoy getting to know the guests and exceeding their expectations. Some of my most rewarding opportunities have included creating a hospital foundation, starting a community garden, leading a team at a wound center and implementing a tourism/development study with the University of Illinois to increase tourism in a small community.
